TRAILS is a knowledge assessment with multiple-choice questions targeting a variety of information literacy skills based on 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th grade standards. This Web-based system was developed to provide an easily accessible and flexible tool for school librarians and teachers to identify strengths and weaknesses in the information-seeking skills of their students. There is no charge for using TRAILS.
Search Strategies: email invitations are out inviting users to write new items for this TRAILS category. Input for this category will close on 3/21/2015. We value your participation. Preparing your students for college? The TRAILS-12 sister site--Transitioning to College (T2C) provides resources for both students and librarians about the college experience and the role of academic libraries. T2C users include high school juniors and seniors and their librarians, guidance counselors, and teachers, as well as those working with incoming college freshmen. T2C is freely available at (http://libguides.library.kent.edu/t2c)
